Whilst OTARU OTARU & CO. has various duties to you as a client, we can only give our best advice and services if the information you give us is accurate and complete.
OTARU OTARU & Co. will always amongst others:-
- put your interest first when representing you;
- be polite and considerate in their dealings with you;
- find out from the start what you are hoping to achieve, and aim to ensure that your expectations are realistic;
- make every effort to explain things clearly, and in terms you can understand, keeping jargons to minimum;
- agree with you the on kind of services you can expect to receive;
- tell you who will be handling your work;
- explain what the cost is likely to be;
- keep you informed throughout so that you can decide if a particular cause of action is worth following financially;
- respond to your letters and phone calls;
- tell you about any development(s) and update you on progress as work proceeds or progresses;
- give you a clear bill which shows the work to be done and amount charged;
- treat all clients fairly, and not discriminate against anyone because of his or her ethnicity, race, sex, sexual orientation, or disability or on any other basis; and
- keep what you tell them confidential, and refuse to act for anyone else if doing so could compromise that confidentiality.
